Founded on a simple idea: care should feel like family

CareHaven started sixteen years ago when our founder couldn't find a caregiver who treated her own mother as a person first and a patient second. What began as a single home-care team has grown into a full community of caregivers, nurses, and support staff — but the founding idea hasn't changed. Every plan we write, every visit we schedule, is still built around one parent at a time.

Today that means police-verified, thoroughly trained caregivers; care plans reviewed on a real schedule, not just at intake; and a family support line that's actually answered by a person.
